Common Questions
How does the reviving process work?
It’s simple! You collect your used tennis balls and send them to us. We then use a specialized process to repressurize them within 6 to 10 hours. Your revived balls are then shipped back to you, often arriving within three business days after we have received them.
How long do revived balls last?
Surprisingly, revived balls often play like new, sometimes even better! Here’s why: New tennis balls lose pressure during the time it takes them to travel from the factory to the store and then to the court. Our process eliminates that pressure loss, essentially giving you the balls in the same condition they were in right off the factory line.
Do you repressurize each ball to the standard amount of 13.9 PSI, or does it vary?
We personalize the pressure for each ball! While new balls may be pressurized to the standard 13.9 PSI, older, worn balls, or those used in ball machines will be adjusted to a lower pressure to optimize their bounce and performance.
What types of tennis balls can you revive?
We can revive nearly all types of pressurized tennis and padel balls. This includes junior tennis balls (red, orange, and sometimes green). Even pressureless tennis balls, which are designed to work without internal pressure, can benefit from our service.
How much does it cost to revive tennis balls?
The cost to revive a single tennis ball ranges from 20p to 40p, depending on the quantity you send. We offer volume discounts for larger orders, as well as special rates for tennis coaches and clubs. For a detailed quote, feel free to contact us.
How many times can a tennis ball be revived?
There’s no strict limit, as long as the ball’s surface and rubber remain in good condition. However, we generally recommend reviving professional-grade balls up to two times, and recreational balls up to three or four times for optimal performance.
Is reviving tennis balls environmentally friendly?
Absolutely! Reviving used tennis balls helps reduce the demand for new ball production. For context, producing just four new tennis balls requires approximately one kilogram of rubber. By extending the life of your tennis balls, you conserve valuable resources and help minimize carbon emissions.
Do you offer pickup or drop-off services?
Yes, we offer complimentary pickup and drop-off services for orders of 120 balls or more within our service area. For smaller orders or locations outside our service area, we provide convenient shipping options.
